Day to Day Duties!

• Maintain open and ongoing communication with the Charge Nurse regarding resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition within the assigned work area

• Participate in shift-to-shift reporting by giving and receiving accurate updates on resident status during handoff with oncoming and off-going staff

• Record resident weights, vital signs, and other required clinical data accurately and in a timely manner

• Complete documentation of resident care information, including charting tasks delegated by the Charge Nurse and monthly summaries as assigned

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, coordinated care and support across all departments
