Job Duties!

• Facility Repairs: Carpentry, roofing, flooring, painting, and plumbing fixes

• System Maintenance: Keep air conditioning, electrical, generators, freezers, and fire alarms running smoothly

• Fleet & Grounds: Maintain golf carts, vehicles, mowers, and facility landscaping

• Power Tool Mastery: Safely operate electric saws, drills, chainsaws, and Hilti/Ramset guns

• Safety First: Strictly follow chemical handling, storage, and preparation guidelines
