What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding dealership experience.
• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, and available options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Follow up with sales leads and build lasting customer relationships.
• Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Work with Sales Managers and team members to achieve sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Automotive sales experience is NOT required! We're looking for motivated individuals with:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve sales and income goals.
• Confidence communicating with customers in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Ability to learn new products, technology, and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.

Experience That Transfers Well to Automotive Sales:

Retail Sales, Customer Service, Sales Representative, Wireless Sales, Furniture Sales, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Banking, Insurance Sales, Real Estate, Call Center Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Commission-Based Sales.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
