Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Manager for our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ.  The primary purpose of this position is to manage and oversee the PDQ department in the critical areas of financial management, guest experience, and performance of personnel.

Schedule/Pay

  • Open availability Monday-Friday and some occasional Saturdays
  • Pay range is $60K-$72K based on managerial experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Team Members are in the right place at the right time during each scheduled shift
  • Manage staff of Express Service Representatives (Advisors) and Technicians
  • Manage and maintain a positive guest experience in PDQ
  • Produce work schedule for all PDQ staff to ensure optimal coverage
  • Monitor finances of PDQ including the annual budget and budget forecasting
  • Build a team atmosphere with high morale

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years management experience preferred 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
