Pay: $50,000 – $120,000 per year
Guaranteed Pay: $3,000/month for the first 3 months

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process while building long-term relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Building strong customer relationships and generating repeat business
  • Learning vehicle features, technology, and product knowledge
  • Demonstrating new and used vehicles to customers
  • Following up with customers before and after the sale
  • Utilizing proven sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Working closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
  • Maintaining a professional and positive attitude each day

Qualifications

Required:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality
