What You’ll Do

As the Automotive Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and daily operations of the Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and hold the parts team accountable for performance
  • Deliver fast, accurate service to internal and external customers
  • Manage inventory accuracy, organization, and gross profit performance
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, pricing, merchandising, and delivery operations
  • Drive results through clear metrics and disciplined execution
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and company standards
  • Represent Rydell Chevrolet with professionalism and leadership

 

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
  • Proven success running a high-performing parts department
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with dealership parts systems and inventory management
