Director of Car Wash Operations

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Director of Car Wash Operations to manage our growing team in the Car Wash.  The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the Car Wash booth and tunnel as well as the staff during each shift.

Schedule/Pay

• Open availability to work days, nights and weekends
• Pay range is $70-$90K based on managerial experience

Responsibilities 

• Oversee team of Car Wash Managers, Assistant Managers, Car Wash Maintenance Technicians and Car Wash Team Members.
• Monitor the financial performance of both Car Wash locations.
• Assist Car Wash Managers with making sure all Team Members are in the right place at the right time during each scheduled shift.
• Responsible for ordering, maintaining and counting car wash parts inventory.
• Work with Guest Experience Manager on Policy Claims.
• Monitor loading and unloading speeds to maintain high volume and safety and be able to analyze trends and make changes accordingly
• Assist the Car Wash Managers with scheduling and training employees.
• Participate in Car Wash and dealership promotional efforts.
• Build a team atmosphere with high morale.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
• High level math, analytical and technical skills
• Strong teamwork skills and problem solving skills
