Here at Kalispell Toyota - our dealership Shuttle Driver will transports customers to and from the service department while their vehicles are being serviced.  Responsibilities include safe driving, assisting passengers, maintaining shuttle cleanliness, and running errands. Key requirements are a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and friendly communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Passenger Transport: Safely drives customers to their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations.
  • Customer Service: Greets customers, assists with boarding/exiting, and answers questions politely.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keeps the shuttle clean (inside and out), fueled, and reports any maintenance issues.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manages shuttle routes, coordinates with service advisors for pick-ups.
  • Additional Duties: May run errands for the dealership (e.g., picking up parts) or assist in the service area during downtime.
Required Qualifications & Skill
  • License & Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Professionalism: A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Safety Focus: Strict adherence to traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Navigation: Knowledge of the local area and ability to use GPS.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Flexibility to work standard dealership hours, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
