WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of automotive sales specialists
  • Coach product specialists on best practices for working with guests and provide guidance to improve overall sales performance
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead a team to achieve and exceed dealership goals
  • Assist guests in vehicle selection by asking questions and actively listening
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective clients and guests
  • Be an expert in all optional equipment/products available for guest purchase and be able to communicate and display knowledge in conversation
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of all inventory
  • Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Provide training and support to the sales team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Previous dealership and management experience desired
  • Leadership skills with a passion for training and growing fellow employees
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the work-day
  • Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when discussing pricing
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on the go
  • Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
