QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales and/or management experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask

• A positive attitude is a must
• Possess a desire to succeed
• Ability to learn/operate computer programs
• Enjoy talking and working with people
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present solutions and options to customer for vehicle repair
• Recommend preventative maintenance
• Prospect and contact existing and potential customers to make them aware of manufacturer special offers and recalls
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Strive to become a product knowledge expert
• Use computer software to keep organized and provide excellent customer service
