JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on providing GREAT customer service
• Problem solving is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology
• Must be able to wear Halloween costumes and Ugly Christmas Sweaters
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 18 years of age

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and accessories
• Assist in tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
• Ability to laugh at your co-workers’ jokes
• Ability to locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
• Facilitate payment collection, ensuring parts are billed correctly through the service department
• Ability to understand and use parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format)
