We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Parts Manager to join our dynamic team.  As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will support the Parts Manager in all aspects of managing the parts department. Your role will include overseeing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient operations to meet sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the parts department.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with parts orders.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Help to train and mentor parts department staff.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify areas for growth.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a parts department or automotive environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Proficient in inventory management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
