PARTS DELIVERY DRIVER for RWC Group | Heavy-Duty Commercial Truck and Bus Dealership

About the Role

Ready to hit the road and make a real difference? Our Parts Delivery Drivers keep the commercial trucking industry moving—literally. You'll handle time-sensitive deliveries, interact with diverse customers, and be trusted to represent our company's commitment to excellence. If you're a reliable driver with a strong work ethic, let's talk. You'll drive a company vehicle, manage delivery routes, represent RWC Group professionally, and ensure our customers receive their parts on time. This role keeps our customers' trucks running and our business moving.

What You'll Do

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver parts to customer locations (shops, fleet facilities, job sites)
• Plan and manage daily delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness
• Load, secure, and unload parts safely and carefully
• Collect customer signatures and payment information
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch and office regarding delivery status
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every stop
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.)
• Handle special requests and coordinate with the parts team on urgent deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile devices for routing
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to have: CDL (Class A, B, or D), forklift certification, previous delivery experience, knowledge of truck parts, bilingual (Spanish or other language)
