Job Description

Rusty Wallace Ford is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The right candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a commitment to quality repairs, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models

• Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, etc.

• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended repairs and timelines

• Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders

• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines

• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and certifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred

• Ford experience or certifications are a plus

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems

• Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
