Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Master Automotive Service Technician who can tackle advanced diagnostics, drive quality standards, and mentor rising techs. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction and shop efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across engines, transmissions, HVAC, brakes, and electrical systems

• Use Ford diagnostic tools and technical resources for precise repairs

• Perform thorough multi-point inspections and communicate clear recommendations

• Document all work accurately in repair orders

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

• Uphold safety and manufacturer repair standards

• Train and guide less-experienced technicians

Qualifications

• Ford Senior Master Technician certification

• 5+ years of dealership-level automotive repair experience

• Expert knowledge of Ford service procedures and diagnostic equipment

• Proven ability to work independently and within a team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills

• Commitment to top-tier workmanship and customer service
