Service Receptionist/Mobile Scheduler

We are looking for a service receptionist/mobile scheduler that can cash out tickets and help us continue to schedule and grow our Mobile Service Department.  Tasks do require some computer knowledge and data entry. Applicant will be subject to background check and drug test.

Russell Barnett Ford of Tullahoma is seeking a dedicated Service Receptionist/Mobile Scheduler to join our team in Tullahoma, TN. This role involves welcoming customers, efficiently managing service appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and service technicians. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor to help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service department.
• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer convenience.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service requests.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks related to service scheduling and reception as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with scheduling software or automotive service departments is a plus.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
