Description of the role:

The server position at Courtyard by Marriott - Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls, New York involves providing excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant. As a server, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, delivering orders to tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling payment transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling payment transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
