A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Assistant /Marketing Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in South End Charlotte, NC 28203

POSITION: The Assistant / Marketing Manager will assist in overseeing all studio functionality with a special focus on marketing and bringing first timers to the studio.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience required
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers, Google suite and Canva

*This is a part-time position and commission driven. Candidate must be able to work in the studio and surrounding area with flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability to maximize events and on-the-ground marketing opportunities 

DUTIES:

  • Lead generation during Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • Coordinating marketing outreach and promotional activities
  • Responsible for driving interest and booking first timers into the studio
  • Building partnerships with like-minded businesses in the area, and schedule marketing cross-promotion events to generate interest in the brand
  • Coordinating social media activities
  • Identifying social media influencers within local studio communities and forging and managing those relationships
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
