Commercial Lines Insurance Client Manager

Insurance Incorporated is seeking an experience Commercial Lines Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance service, with exceptional skills in carrier relations, marketing, and quality control. The Client Manger plays a key role in the day-to-day handling of commercial P&C accounts within a rapidly growing independent insurance agency. 

Responsibilities:

• The Client Manager provides customer support by building relationships with clients and supporting renewal efforts by working with the Client Executives.
• Assist Client Executives in determining renewal strategy, has discussions with Underwriters, evaluates quotes and prepares proposals and other documentation to provide to the client
• Primary point of contact for client service
• Provide recommendations in coverage
• Support the client and client executive in managing risk associated with commercial lines coverage
• Exhibit superior insurance knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to clients/underwriters via phone and email in a timely manner
• Create renewal underwriting submission and proposals
• Enter and update policy information in agency management system to be used for certificates of insurance, billings and endorsements
• Effectively delegate internally and externally

Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty license
• Experience with Applied Epic Preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial insurance
