Route 128 Honda is one of the highest-volume Honda dealerships in New England with a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction, a team-focused culture, and opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts purchases
• Support service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying needed parts
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Utilize dealership software and manufacturer catalogs to identify parts
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Honda experience is a plus but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software CDK preferred! 
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
