Qualifications/Skills:

- Effectively communicate, developing a rapport with guests to increase intent to return

- Competent with POS system

- Have knowledge of service, food, and bar operations generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions

- Ability to work well with and manage others

- Be able to communicate clearly, politely, and concisely with our team

Responsibilities:

- Exceed guest expectations, because you recognize without them, we would not be here

- Understand the importance of brand system standards

- Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, and guest service and satisfaction

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

- Must have an overall understanding of management’s goals and philosophies of store operations

-Must be willing to also train in kitchen to obtain menu knowledge, expo training, and oversee and assist Kitchen Manager.

-Assist General Manager in scheduling and other front of the house duties. Assist General Manager in bar orders. 

-Occasionally assist General Manger with marketing duties.
