Premium Sales Consultant wanted for our Luxury Brand Dealership - 

Join our team as a professional Sales Consultant with Roth Cadillac/Audi Erie, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our Premium Luxury Brand Dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles from our Audi and Cadillac inventory
• Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
• Negotiate sales terms and finalize vehicle purchases with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, vehicle inventory, and industry trends
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of Audi or Cadillac vehicles is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
