Ross Downing Auto Group is on an ambitious path — growing from 5 stores to 20 by 2040. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can build and execute the campaigns, digital presence, and brand strategy that fuels our expansion. You’ll work closely with our teams across every location, and as we grow, so will your department. If you’re a motivated automotive marketer ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

• Brand strategy & identity

• Digital marketing & paid media

• SEO, SEM & website performance

• Social media & content strategy

• Television, radio & OOH campaigns

• CRM & customer retention programs

• Marketing budget management

• Vendor & agency relationships

• New store launch marketing

• Lead generation & conquest sales

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in automotive marketing

• Collaborative team player

• Ability to grow & lead a department

• Strong digital & traditional media mix

• Data-driven decision maker

• OEM co-op program knowledge

• Dealer management system fluency

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related
