F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager

We are currently in search of an Experienced Finance Manager at our location in Belleville, WI located about 15 minutes southwest of Madison WI.

Duties:

• Offer vehicle leasing and financing to customers as well as provide them with a comprehensive explanation of all F&I products.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing terms.
• Processing financing and leasing deals accurately.   Securing approval through financial sources.
• E contracting every customer that qualifies.
• Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Maintaining and enhancing a program with the sales department which ensures all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Training and providing the sales team with information regarding financing, leasing and the value associated with F&I products.

Qualifications 

• Previous automotive experience a MUST
