We are currently in search of an Experienced Finance Manager at our location in Belleville, WI located about 15 minutes southwest of Madison WI.

Duties:
- Offer vehicle leasing and financing to customers as well as provide them with a comprehensive explanation of all F&I products.
- Work with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing terms.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately. Securing approval through financial sources.
- E contracting every customer that qualifies.
- Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Maintaining and enhancing a program with the sales department which ensures all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Training and providing the sales team with information regarding financing, leasing and the value associated with F&I products.

- Previous automotive experience a MUST
