PT Cashier

Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing cashier transactions, assisting with service paperwork, and supporting daily dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.

• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and accurately record amounts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.

• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.

• Reconcile the cash drawer daily.

• Promptly and efficiently answer a multi-line switchboard and direct callers to the appropriate department.

• Follow up with customers and team members in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle customer concerns diplomatically and refer issues to the appropriate manager or department for resolution.

• Maintain and file service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and hard copy documents.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by dealership management.

• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work well as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Skills

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or dealership experience is a plus.
