In this role, you will assist customers with questions about the company, available vehicles, and purchasing options while guiding them through the early stages of the buying process. You will also stay up to date on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies to help customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
-
Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers

Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management

Qualify leads and connect customers with the appropriate sales team member

Communicate with customers in a professional and articulate manner

Guide customers to relevant product information resources, including online tools and materials

Proactively build and maintain a prospecting network

Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals
Qualifications

At least one previous role involving customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills and comfort with CRM systems

Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
