In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers’ service needs, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will work closely with our technicians to coordinate repairs and maintenance, while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally when they bring their vehicles in for service.
• Listen to customer concerns, assess their needs, and provide accurate service recommendations.
• Prepare and explain estimates for service and repairs clearly and transparently.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and service processes is a plus.
• Proficient with computer software including service management systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
