Bookkeeper

Our office teams keep the financial engine of our dealerships running with accuracy and integrity.

We're looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to support our dealership's accounting and administrative operations. Working closely with the Office Controller and Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring every deal is processed correctly and every financial record is in order. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision and wants to grow within a stable, well-established organization.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit all vehicle deals end-to-end, verifying accuracy of sales transactions, CVR, titles, commissions, and payoffs.
  • Process new and used car sales documentation and track money due, titles due, and all deal-related paperwork.
  • Balance schedules for new/used inventories, license/sales tax, washouts, deposits, and finance on a weekly basis.
  • Perform hands-on vehicle inventory audits and reconcile against schedule and washout books.
  • Maintain vehicle floor planning and police books.
  • Assist the CVR Title Specialist as needed and support customers with title questions.
  • Cross-train across office positions to ensure coverage and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; prior bookkeeping, accounting, or dealership office experience preferred.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and personal data in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency with basic office technology; experience with dealership management software a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
