Facility Groundskeeper

Our Facility Groundskeeper helps keep our dealership properties clean, professional, and welcoming for customers and employees every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining appearances, and works well independently.

As a Facility Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for basic landscaping, outdoor maintenance, and general upkeep of dealership grounds and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Maintain dealership grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor customer areas.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property to maintain a clean appearance.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance including leaf removal and snow removal preparation.
• Monitor outdoor areas for safety concerns and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and responsibly.
• Support dealership staff with general outdoor facility upkeep projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Basic experience with lawn care or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record preferred.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday–Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-time position
• Weekly pay
