Customer Service Specialist

A clean, well-maintained dealership is a reflection of who we are — and our Service Customer Service Specialists make that happen every day.

 We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Porter to keep our dealership lot, inventory, and customer areas clean, organized, and looking their best. This is a hands-on position focused on vehicle cleaning and detailing, moving and parking vehicles, and maintaining the overall appearance of the dealership. 

Compensation and Schedule

  • Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Weekly Pay
  • Full-Time schedule 
  • Full-Time benefits including paid vacation and PTO

Responsibilities

  • Wash, vacuum, clean, and detail vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentation-ready.
  • Clean both the interior and exterior of new and used inventory.
  • Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional-looking vehicle lot.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, vehicle transfers, and other dealership needs.
  • Keep customer parking areas, driveways, and walkways clean and free of debris.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal as needed during the winter months.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds and assist with general lot maintenance.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures while operating and moving vehicles.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required — we'll train the right person.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Basic familiarity with OSHA safety standards preferred; willingness to learn required.
