Business Development Coordinator

Rock Hill Ford is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Specialist to join our growing dynamic and successful team at our dealership located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  We are apart of a large Family owned and operated dealer group named Krause Auto Group. 

Pay Range: $35,000-$55,000

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls 
• Quickly respond to internet inquiries by calling, texting and emailing 
• Answer basic product knowledge questions to generate customer interest 
• Set sales appointments from internet leads  
• Follow up and try to re-schedule no show appointments 
• Complete all scheduled follow up tasks daily 
• Participate in daily team meetings
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize the CRM daily and efficiently 

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
