We are currently searching for a Cook for the Rochester Airport Marriott.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.
2. Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.
3. Insures proper stocking line for menu items.
4. Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.
5. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
6. Production of breakfast.
7. Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
 
Minimum Education Requirements:
1. Must have food handlers permit.
2. Training in food preparation desirable.
3. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
 
Minimum Experience/Skill Requirements:
1. Must be able to work PM shift.
2. Basic food preparation.
3. One (1) year food preparation experience highly desirable.
4.Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.
