About the Role:

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a critical role in the success of the agency. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working alongside Producers and Account Managers to deliver prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on customer service and administrative tasks—making this a truly comprehensive role. It’s an excellent fit for someone looking for a career path into an Account Management role.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Residential Tennessee Property & Casualty License
• 1-4 years of experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager in Commercial Lines
• Strong organizational and communication skills and basic knowledge of insurance products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and agency software such as Vertafore products
• A proactive, client-focused mindset, eager to provide high-quality service and manage accounts from start to finish
