Automotive Biller

Robert Brogden Automotive is looking to add an Accounting Biller to its winning team. The right candidate will have 2+ years of automotive billing experience. The pay is $25-$30 per hour, based on experience. We offer a flexible work schedule. Choose the hours that work best for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Post new and used car deals

· Maintains all schedules relevant to sales and inventories

· Receipt all monies received for new and used car deals

· Submit flooring and payoff requests for Vehicle Floorplan

· Assist Bank with Floorplan Audits

· Provide administrative support to management and other departments

· Processes extended warranty cancellations/ pay register new contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2+ years of previous experience in an automotive dealership is required

· Ability to provide quality customer service

· Proficient with dealership operating systems and tools

· Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

· Detail oriented

· Professional appearance

· Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25.00- $30. per hour
