We are looking for a highly skilled inside sales coordinators to join our Inside Sales Coordinator team. Our Coordinators are the heavy hitters with proven Sales Setting & Coordinator experience who are looking to take their sales careers to the next level.
This role provides a base of $50k with $70-85k+ target earnings after commission, in the first year, with $100k OTE for top performers.
To be considered for the role...
- You must have at least 3 years of proven phone success in an outbound sales or appointment setting environment.
- You must have prior experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments consistently, for a minimum of 1.5 years.
- You must know what it takes to keep the client top of mind and provide a world-class experience to each prospect and client you work with.
- You must be able to operate as a highly influential, tactical Sales Coordinator and know how to elegantly move clients to take action.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set high-quality appointments with clients who request an introductory coaching session from our team of elite Personal Results Specialists.
- This position is 100% phone-driven. Your main task will be to activate leads provided by the company.
- Enroll clients and businesses in reaching their full potential through our proven coaching methodologies
- Approach each day with drive and tenacity to generate results. The average KPI for this role is to set up at least 10 Introductory Coaching Strategy Sessions per day.
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management.
- Build rapport and work with people from all over the world. You should be able to communicate effectively with all types of people.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned by the Coaching Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Coachable, hungry, passionate, and mission-driven at the core.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Have a demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Coaching Sales team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental, and company goals.
- Must be based in the United States (this role is not available to candidates abroad).
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a definite plus.
