Full-time. $105,000 to $120,000 a year, plus a $10,000 bonus. This position includes PTO, health, vision, and dental benefits.

This building needs a nurse leader. It might be you.

Summit Hill is home to about 100 people on the east side of St. Paul. Most of them are here on Elderly Waiver or CADI. Every one of them deserves the nursing care you'd want for your own mother. Giving them that is the job.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- The care of every resident. Assessments, service plans, changes in condition, and the call to the family when something changes.

- The nursing team. You hire them, train them, schedule them fairly and hold the standard.

- Medications. A safe med pass, clean records, and errors caught and fixed.

- Survey readiness. Minnesota's assisted living rules get followed every day, not just the week the state walks in.

- Move-ins. You decide whether we can meet someone's needs before we say yes.

- Infection control and incident follow-up.

- Your share of the nursing on-call rotation.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE BEHIND YOU

- A VP of Clinical Services and a Regional RN who answer the phone and come to the building.

- A real say in how the department is built. You won't be handed someone else's plan. You'll write it with us.

- A $10,000 bonus: $5,000 at six months and $5,000 at one year.

WHAT YOU BRING

- A Minnesota RN license in good standing.

- Nursing leadership experience. DON, assistant DON, clinical manager or nurse manager.

- A background in assisted living, home care or long-term care. You've been through a state survey and know what it takes.

- Comfort caring for people with mental health needs alongside medical ones.

- A steady hand. You can coach a new aide in the morning and sit with a worried daughter in the afternoon.
