Job Summary:
RK Auto is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry. Offers of employment will be contingent on successful criminal background check and driving record search.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets set by the company
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Monitor sales activity, including pipeline, progress, and documentation of sales calls
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify areas of improvement and growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Communicate sales goals and performance expectations to the team
• Train and develop sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services
Requirements: - At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, CDK, DealerTrack, Vauto
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
