What You’ll Do:

• Handle repairs and maintenance around the building

• Keep our community safe, clean, and beautiful

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes

• Respond to work orders and emergencies

• Work with vendors and maintain records

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

• Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations

• Friendly, dependable, and organized

• Great with people and a team player
