We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Inventory Specialist to join our Hyundai and Nissan Parts Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to learn the automotive parts business from the ground up.

Previous automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate!

You'll receive hands-on training from an experienced automotive parts professional with over 25 years of industry experience, with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed to advance into a full-time Parts Counter position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Management: Check in daily parts deliveries, verify incoming shipments for accuracy, and properly stock parts in designated inventory locations.

• Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department, including inventory shelves, storage areas, and workspaces.

• Customer Returns: Process customer parts returns, inspect returned merchandise, and return eligible parts to their proper inventory locations.

• Manufacturer Returns: Assist with organizing, preparing, and processing Hyundai and Nissan manufacturer obsolescence returns.

• Delivery Support: Fill in as a parts delivery driver when regular delivery personnel are unavailable.

• General Department Support: Assist the Parts Department team with daily operations to ensure inventory accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and dealership environment

• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and inventory safely

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for occasional delivery duties

• Automotive experience is preferred but not required
