Sales Consultant

River Bend Ford, Inc is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team in Bainbridge, GA. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicles to meet their needs while providing an exceptional buying experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate the features of vehicles and assist customers throughout the buying process.
• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
