Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living needs(Bathing and Dressing), offering companionship care
- Take clients on walks, accompany them to social events, assist with hobbies, or run errands
- Prepare a home-cooked meal (no gourmet skills required)
- Perform light housekeeping
- A Homemaker/Companion does not provide medical, nursing, or skilled services
Requirements
- High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
- CNA Encouraged
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Must have a current and valid South Carolina driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws safely
