What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
Understand customers needs and educate them on the benefits of new and used vehicle ownership
Demonstrate vehicles features and technology
Provide customers with pricing and payment options
Stay up-to-date with new products, market trends, and manufacturer training
Follow the Richardson Motors Guest Experience Process
Bring your A-game every day with a positive attitude
Report directly to management regarding objectives and planned activities
Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
