Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine vehicles and diagnose problems
- Develop and implement repair plans
- Test and adjust parts and systems to meet manufacturer specifications
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint areas of concern
- Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs in our air-conditioned shop
- Provide customer service and answer customer questions
- Maintain records of repairs and services
- Order necessary parts and supplies
- Keep shop and work area clean and organized
