Description 

• meeting and welcoming customers to our service department
• checking in customers to the service department with electronic devices
• moving customer cars
• communicating between customers and fellow employees
• shuttling customers to- and - from the service department   
• maintaining cleanliness of loaner fleet between customers
• ensure all loaner vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and presentable before each handoff
• perform interior vacuuming, surface wipe-downs, and exterior washes as needed • Monitor vehicle condition and report any damage or maintenance concerns
