WHAT WE OFFER:

Competitive Compensation – based on credentials and experience. Flat Rate, Commission on total shop hours, monthly and annual Bonuses.

Master Techs earn a solid 6-figure income 100-200k

Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break (no weekends!)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
-
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
-
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
-
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs needed and provide time estimates
-
Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all shop safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Strong working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
-
Subaru or OEM brand experience preferred, but not required
-
State Inspector License preferred

Fast learner with a willingness to grow

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobs

Team player who communicates well with others
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate and comfortable with digital diagnostic tools

Valid driver’s license
