Renn Kirby Mitsubishi is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and can provide outstanding support to our management team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to dealership management and staff

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet customers, and handle inquiries in a professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

  • Process and prepare correspondence, documents, and reports

  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other organizational tasks

  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Support various dealership departments as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
