What You'll Do

As Service Manager, you'll be the engine behind our service department's success:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to perform at their best
• Set clear, strong goals for the department and drive the team toward hitting them
• Keep operations organized, efficient, and running like a well-tuned machine
• Champion an outstanding customer experience from write-up to delivery
• Partner with dealership leadership to build a winning, high-performing atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Experience in automotive service management preferred, but we will train the right person with relevant industry or leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set and chase down ambitious goals
