HIGHLINE AUTO SALES MANAGER: Are you a seasoned professional in Highline Auto Sales with a passion for German brand automobiles? Reliable Superstore is expanding its Highline Sales Management Team and is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Audi Sales Departments.

POSITION: Audi Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to consistently communicate with the sales team, finance, and management in a professional and routine manner.

• Organizational Skills: Possess very solid organizational skills needed for timely and accurate follow-up with numerous customers at various steps of the buying process.

• CDK Proficiency: Ability to use CDK to desk deals efficiently.

• Deal Support: Provide support to any sales staff to close deals successfully.

• Recruitment and Development: Actively participate in recruiting and sales team development.

• Training and Monitoring: Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales employees, identifying and counseling those who require additional training.

• Conflict Resolution: Maintain a professional approach to conflict de-escalation and ensure timely resolution to all customer situations.

• Meetings and Training: Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Highline Auto Sales and/or Auto Finance Manager is a must.

• Outgoing, dependable, punctual, and career-oriented.

• Passion for German brand automobiles, particularly Audi.

• Positive attitude and great team spirit.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING:  All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including:

COMPENSATION: $75K+ per year.
