Job Description
We’re currently seeking a dedicated and highly experienced A Level Automotive Service Technician to join our service department in Tiffin, OH. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle maintenance, and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient service with minimal oversight.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays only as needed.
Pay: $30-$38 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Work Requirements:

• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as needed)

• Ability to Commute: Tiffin, OH 44883 (Required)

• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and complete work efficiently, accurately, and thoroughly

• Diagnose customer concerns and perform complex repairs with minimal supervision

• Execute repairs on various vehicle systems including: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and alignment

• Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment

• Communicate clearly with the parts department and service advisors

• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

• Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive technician experience required

• ASE certifications preferred

• Ford certification a strong plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Must supply your own tools

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

• Ability to work independently
