Responsible for overseeing the bakery operations, creating baked goods, and ensuring quality and consistency.

· Supervise and coordinate all baking activities

· Develop and test new recipes

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

· Manage inventory and order supplies

· Train and mentor junior bakers

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery

 

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker

· Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Basic computer literacy
